Valley Rally Registration

• Teen EarlyBird Traditional...Click on the Registration Form below, complete it, print it and send it by mail to the address on the top of the form with $25.00 made payable to the Valley Church of Christ. Early Traditional Registration must be postmarked by Friday, 9/2/2011.
  

• Teen EarlyBird Electronic...Click on the Registration Form below, complete it, submit it and pay $25.00 through Paypal at the link below (then send a printed and SIGNED copy with your teen). Early Electronic Registation must be submitted by Monday, 9/5/11.
  

• Teen Late...Send it past one of the above deadlines or register at the door for $40.00.
  

• Chaperon Anytime...Free or $10.00 if you want a t-shirt. If possible please submit a registration form too. Either online or in the mail.
